This short course introduces fundamental concepts of supply chain performance measurement in humanitarian settings. Topics covered include the understanding of indicators and metrics, the existing frameworks systems, and their applicability to humanitarian logistics. Learners will gain insights into the importance of efficient supply chain operations and how to measure and evaluate performance at a foundational level.  


This course is designed for humanitarian practitioners, logisticians, and anyone involved in humanitarian response operations.
