In this short course, the foundational principles of leveraging data and digital technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency in humanitarian logistics is introduced. Through interactive content, real-world case studies, and expert insights, participants will gain an overview of the importance of data-driven decision-making, basic digitalisation strategies, and the integration of technology for supply chain visibility. Learners will understand how emerging technologies can optimise logistics processes and improve overall performance in humanitarian operations.
